Today, we announce the formal exit of our Founder and Director, Adekunle Olumide Ralphie, from his role as Chief Executive Officer of Klouto, a fast-rising social media platform he joined and helped launch in early March 2025.
Adekunle’s departure marks the end of a transformative but brief chapter in the Klouto story—one that was significantly shaped by his visionary leadership, strategic execution, and commitment to building value for both users and stakeholders.
Pioneering Klouto’s Market Launch
During his time at Klouto, Adekunle led a complete revamp of the platform’s user interface, aligning it with the expectations of a modern, mobile-first audience. His leadership was instrumental in preparing Klouto for market entry, overseeing everything from UX strategy and positioning to growth planning and brand identity.
Thanks to his efforts, Klouto was successfully launched into the Nigerian tech ecosystem, and quickly began attracting early adopters, especially among creators and digital entrepreneurs seeking an ad-free platform that rewarded meaningful engagement.

Why He Stepped Away
However, despite the strong technical and strategic progress made under his leadership, Adekunle made the difficult decision to step down due to internal challenges that no longer aligned with his values and professional vision.
Among these concerns was the reported unethical treatment of staff by Klouto’s founder, Chukwuemeka Martins Osuofia, which Adekunle persistently sought to address. Equally concerning was the rejection of Adekunle’s well-researched proposal to optimize Klouto’s business model to ensure long-term sustainability and investor appeal.
Adekunle had pushed for a revised monetization structure that would not only empower users but also make Klouto financially attractive to strategic investors. Unfortunately, this vision was not embraced, and the resulting impasse limited the platform’s growth potential.
A Strategic Refocus on Purposeful Innovation
With an unwavering commitment to ethical leadership and impactful innovation, Adekunle made the clear decision to step away from Klouto and refocus on his other ventures—projects that are not only aligned with his personal values but also promise greater scalability, investor confidence, and long-term impact.
As the CEO of Olucapri International Ltd., and founder of initiatives like Shop African Brand Online (SABO), Ternity, and Heal and Feed Life Care Foundation, Adekunle remains at the forefront of tech-enabled solutions for African communities and the global diaspora.
His vision remains steadfast: to build platforms that uplift people, protect integrity, and deliver lasting value across digital, economic, and social domains.
Final Note
Adekunle’s journey with Klouto may have come to an end, but the legacy of what he contributed—especially in its launch and design—remains deeply embedded in the platform’s DNA. We look forward to sharing more about his next ventures in the coming months.
We salute his courage to stand by principles, and we’re excited about what the future holds for him—and for all the projects he touches.
Olucapri stands firmly with him.
